Ingredients
- 4 fresh corn cobs
- Salt
- a pinch of sugar
- vegetable oil (for brushing)
- 40 g Butter
- Sea salt
Instructions

Peel the corn cobs, removing all husks and silk as desired.

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt and sugar, then cook the corn for about 15 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

Brush the corn thinly with oil and place on a hot grill. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Serve by topping the corn with butter flakes and sprinkling sea salt.
