Ingredients
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar (mild)
- 2 tbsp lemon oil
- 1 cm ginger (thin slices)
- Salt
- white pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk well. Place the salmon in a freezer bag, pour the mixture over it, and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 5 minutes.

If desired, marinate longer. Then remove from the sauce, drain, and serve garnished with dill and lemon slices.
