Ingredients

  • 4 salmon steaks (ready-to-cook with skin, about 200 g each)
  • 2 lemons
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 0.5 Red Onion
  • 1 handful dill
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • coarse Sea salt

Instructions

    Rinse the salmon and pat dry. Slice one lemon into wedges, juice the other. Drizzle the salmon with a little lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and let rest.

    Peel the onion and cut into rings. Rinse the dill and finely chop the tips. Press the garlic into the olive oil. Brush the salmon steaks with the oil and grill over high heat for about 6 minutes per side.
