  • 12 slices whole grain toast
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 12 slices smoked salmon (small pieces)

Instructions

    Toast the bread slices or roast them in the oven, then cut out round shapes with a large cookie cutter to create wavy edges.
