Ingredients
- 300 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 small red onions
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 10 slices of toast bread
- 20 slices roast beef (about 30 g each)
- parsley for garnish

Whisk the cream cheese with the heavy cream, salt, and pepper until smooth. Peel the onions; slice one into thin rings and finely chop the other. Add the chopped onion and parsley to the cream cheese mixture, stir well, and season to taste.

Cut 20 circles of about 4 cm diameter from the toast slices. Spread a thin layer of the cream on each circle and top with roast beef. Fill a piping bag fitted with a large star tip with the remaining cream and pipe it onto the canapés. Garnish with onion rings and parsley leaves.
