Salade Nicoise

Salade Nicoise is a recipe with fresh ingredients from the vegetable salad category.

Ingredients

  • 6 medium new potatoes
  • Salt
  • 150 g green beans
  • 1 onion
  • 4 flesh tomatoes
  • 2 cans tuna (in lake)
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in plenty of salted water for about 25 minutes. Drain, let cool, and cut into cubes.

    Wash, trim, and slice the beans diagonally. Dice the onion. Boil the beans in salted water for 6 minutes; add the onion dice after 5 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again.

    Wash, halve, seed, and cube the tomatoes. Drain the tuna and break into smaller pieces.

    Combine all ingredients with mayonnaise, sour cream, and vinegar in a bowl. Season to taste, serve in small bowls.
