Ingredients
- 1 head Batavia lettuce
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 mild onion
- 1 lemon
- 2 Avocados
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 4 tbsp apple balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 pinch sugar
- 4 tsp sunflower seeds
- 4 tbsp watercress
Instructions

Wash, trim and dry the lettuce head, then tear into bite‑size pieces. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel and finely dice the onion. Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice into a bowl. Halve the avocados lengthwise, remove the skin and pit, and slice the flesh into thin strips. Immediately toss the avocado with the lemon juice.

Arrange lettuce, tomatoes, onion cubes and avocado slices in salad bowls. Whisk oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar together and drizzle over the salad. Sprinkle sunflower seeds and watercress on top before serving.
