- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 medium tomatoes

Wash, trim, dry, and shred the lettuce into strips; arrange on four small plates. Season lightly as desired.

Peel the eggs, slice them lengthwise, and place on the prepared plates. Wash the tomatoes, halve them, seed with a small spoon, and set the mushroom-shaped top on each egg. Dispense mayonnaise from a squeeze bottle and decorate the eggs with small dots.
