Ingredients

  • 250 g mixed leafy greens (e.g., lamb's lettuce, Lollo Biondo)
  • 100 g Serrano ham
  • 4 figs
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 60 g grated Parmesan
  • olive oil (optional)

Instructions

    Wash the leafy greens, shake dry, trim and tear into bite‑sized pieces. Arrange on a plate and top with slices of Serrano ham and quartered figs.

    Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle grated parmesan, and finish with a light drizzle of olive oil before serving.
