Ingredients

  • 800 g white asparagus
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 500 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • Pepper
  • 0.25 pineapple
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes

    Peel the asparagus and place the spears in a steamer basket. Salt and drizzle with 1-2 tbsp lemon juice. Cover and steam over boiling water for about 20 minutes until tender yet slightly firm. Let cool slightly, then cut diagonally into pieces.

    Rinse the turkey, pat dry and cube. Season with salt and pepper and fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Set aside to cool a bit.

    Peel the pineapple, remove the core and cut into chunks. Wash the tomatoes and quarter them. Combine all prepared salad ingredients, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper, and serve warm or at room temperature.
