Ingredients
- 200 g chickpeas (canned)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 shallots
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 dried red chili pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- several lettuce leaves
- Salt
- black pepper
- ground cumin
Instructions

Drain the chickpeas. Peel the garlic. Peel and halve the shallots. Puree the chickpeas, garlic, and shallots finely.

Mix the chickpea puree with olive oil and crème fraîche. Crumble in the chili pepper, add coriander. Season the dip with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and cumin.

Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves. Spread the dip on the leaves and roll them up.

Refrigerate the rolls for at least 1 hour, then cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
