Rye Bread with Pear and Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 red onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 pear
- 100 g blue cheese (50% fat in the product)
- 4 large slices rye sourdough bread (240 g)

Peel and slice onions into strips. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Sauté onions and honey over medium heat for 8–10 minutes until softened. Deglaze with vinegar and reduce for 3–4 minutes over low heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Wash, core, and cut the pear into wedges. Cook on a hot grill pan for 4 minutes over medium heat. Slice the cheese. Top two bread slices with pear, onions, and cheese. Fold together with the remaining slices.
