- 120 g smoked salmon
- 1 Shallot
- 2 sprigs dill
- 2 Avocados
- 300 g quark
- 0.5 tsp wasabi paste
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds

Dice the salmon finely. Peel and dice the shallot into small cubes. Rinse the dill, shake dry, pluck and chop. Set aside a little for garnish. Peel the avocados, halve them, remove the pits and mash the flesh with a fork until fine. Stir in the well-drained quark until smooth. Fold in the salmon, shallot cubes, and dill, then season with wasabi, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
