Ingredients
- 1 untreated orange
- 500 g strawberries
- 200 g Blueberries
- 200 g red currants
- 400 g sugar
- 500 ml rum
Instructions

Wash the orange hot water and cut into wedges. Rinse the strawberries and pat dry. Rinse the blueberries and currants as well and pat dry. Mix the berries and orange wedges with the sugar and let stand for about 1 hour.

Then distribute into glasses and pour in the rum so that the fruit is just covered. Seal tightly and let steep for about 2 weeks in a cool, dark place.
