Ingredients

  • 2 tsp black tea
  • 2 tbsp lavender honey (more or less to taste)
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 200 ml clear apple juice
  • 200 ml peach juice
  • 1 sprig lavender

Instructions

    Pour the tea into a pot and pour over 600 ml boiling water. Steep for about 3 minutes, strain through a sieve, and sweeten with lavender honey to taste. Let cool.

    Before serving wash the lemon hot, halve it, cut off a slice and quarter the rest for garnish, and squeeze juice from the remaining part. Add the lemon pieces, scattered lavender flowers, lemon juice, apple and peach juices to a pot. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

    Serve in glasses and offer pastries as desired.
