Rösti with Cream Cheese

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Tbsp starch
- butter for baking
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 250 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

Peel, wash the potatoes and cut them into spaghetti-like strands with a spiralizer. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle some starch over them and mix well. Shape small patties from the potato mixture and fry in plenty of hot butter until golden brown. Keep warm in the oven at about 70°C.

Whisk together crème fraîche, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth and taste for seasoning.

Spread half of the potato patties with the cheese sauce and cover each with another patty.
