Ingredients
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 800 g waxy potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil (20 g)
- 3 rosemary sprigs
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Peel the garlic cloves, halve or leave whole as desired. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges.

Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet. Roast in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas: level 2–3) for 30–35 minutes until golden brown, turning occasionally. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
