Ingredients

  • 2 bottles red wine (Côte du Rhone)
  • 1 Organic Orange
  • 2 vanilla pods
  • 4 rosemary sprigs
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 100 g sugar

Instructions

    Thinly peel the zest of the orange. In a covered bowl combine the wine with the orange zest, split vanilla pods, rosemary and cinnamon; let steep for 10 days, then stir in the sugar and allow to steep for an additional week.

    Strain, bottle and seal.
