Ingredients
- 2 bottles red wine (Côte du Rhone)
- 1 Organic Orange
- 2 vanilla pods
- 4 rosemary sprigs
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 100 g sugar

Thinly peel the zest of the orange. In a covered bowl combine the wine with the orange zest, split vanilla pods, rosemary and cinnamon; let steep for 10 days, then stir in the sugar and allow to steep for an additional week.
