Ingredients
- 250 g cherry juice
- 200 ml clear cherry juice
- Zucker (nach Bedarf nach Bedarf)
- 200 ml red wine
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 7 sheets white gelatin
- Rosemary needle (for garnish)
- 4 cherries

Wash cherries, drain, halve, pit and let drain (catch the juice). Soak gelatin in cold water. Mix cherry juice with caught juice, lemon juice and red wine; sweeten to taste, add rosemary sprig and heat (do not boil!). Cover and let steep for 10 minutes, then remove rosemary.

Squeeze out excess liquid from gelatin, dissolve it in the warm juice-wine mixture and cool. Fill tall glasses with halved cherries, pour over the gelatin mixture and chill in the refrigerator until set. Serve garnished with a stem cherry and a few rosemary needles.
