The rose petal milk mix replenishes various mineral stores and contains the heart-protective natural plant pigment quercetin.
Ingredients
- 1 large untreated organic rose petal (Fragrant Rose)
- 50 g Raspberries
- 150 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- liquid sweetener (to taste)
- rose water (to taste)
- Ice cubes
Instructions

Shake the rose petal gently to remove any insects and pluck the petals. Wash the raspberries carefully in a bowl if needed, then drain.

Place about three‑quarters of the petals with the raspberries and milk in a blender or tall container and blend thoroughly. Taste and adjust with sweetener and rose water as desired. Pour into a glass over ice cubes and garnish with the remaining petals.
