Mango Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 250 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 200 ml buttermilk (well chilled)

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit.

  2. 2.

    Squeeze the orange to extract juice.

  3. 3.

    Add mango pieces, orange juice, honey, and yogurt to a blender and blend until smooth. Stir in the buttermilk.

  4. 4.

    Pour the drink into 4 glasses and serve immediately.
