The Passionfruit-Mango-Mint Smoothie from Spoonsparrow brings sunshine to the glass and promotes smooth, radiant skin.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangos
  • 6 passionfruits
  • 4 stems mint
  • 400 ml coconut water
  • 30 g crushed flaxseeds (3 Tbsp)
  • crushed ice

    Peel the mangos, remove the flesh from the seeds, and cut into small pieces. Halve 4 passionfruits and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.

    Wash the mint leaves and shake dry. Halve the remaining passionfruits. Combine mango and passionfruit pulp with coconut water and flaxseeds in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses over crushed ice. Garnish with mint leaves and passionfruit halves.
