Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls organic rose petals (unsprayed and freshly whole)
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 250 ml apple juice
  • 300 g gelatin sugar (2:1)
  • 2 tbsp dried organic rose petals

Instructions

    Cut the fresh rose petals into strips, pour over with the wine and juice, cover and let steep for 48 hours. Strain through a fine sieve, squeeze out excess liquid, then mix the liquid with the gelatin sugar and dried rose petals.

    Bring to a boil, stirring, and simmer for about 4 minutes until sparkling; then fill prepared jars, seal, place upside down for 10 minutes, flip over and let cool.
