Gratinated Fruit Muesli

- 2 peaches
- 100 g rolled oats
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 400 ml milk
- 200 ml peach juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 100 g cherries (pitted)
- 2 tbsp peach jam
- 2 tbsp berry jam
- fresh currants (for garnish)

Bring the milk and honey to a boil, then stir in the rolled oats. Simmer while stirring for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it thicken with occasional stirring. Then mix in cinnamon, cherries, peach juice, and berry jam, and divide into four oven-safe glass bowls. Arrange peach halves on top and drizzle with peach jam. Broil under a preheated grill for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly and serve with currants.

Whisk the cream cold in an ice bath. Whip the cream to stiff peaks, fold in cocoa, and fold the chocolate cream into the cooled vanilla custard. Cut the sponge cake into three equal hearts; spread two hearts with the chocolate cream, stack them, and cover with the last heart. Melt the couverture with palm oil over a hot but not boiling water bath, stirring until slightly thickened. Place the heart on a cake plate and pour the chocolate glaze over it, let set, and serve with heart-shaped candles.
