Ingredients

  • 12 raspberries
  • 150 ml cold whipping cream
  • 1 tsp stabilizer
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 8 rose biscuits (from Reims, alternatively ladyfinger biscuits)

Instructions

    Wash the raspberries and pat them dry with kitchen paper. Whip the cream together with the stabilizer and powdered sugar. Fill a piping bag fitted with a round tip.

    Arrange the whipped cream on four rose biscuits and distribute the raspberries on top. Place the remaining rose biscuits on top and serve immediately.
