Ingredients
- 400 g flour
- 125 g sugar
- 1 tbsp dried organic rose petals (finely grated)
- 250 g butter (cold)
- rose water (from the pharmacy)
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions

Knead flour, sugar, rose petals and cold butter cut into pieces quickly into a smooth dough. Add 1-2 tsp rose water and knead again. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 180°C. Roll dough on a floured surface to about 1 cm thickness, cut circles of 3‑4 cm diameter, spacing them slightly apart on parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Bake in preheated oven for 20‑25 minutes until golden yellow. Let cookies cool, dust with powdered sugar and serve with tea, coffee or milk as desired.
