Ingredients

  • 250 g untreated organic rose petals
  • 500 g gelatin sugar (2:1)
  • 5 lemons

Instructions

    Tear the petals from the rose flowers and combine them in a large pot with the gelatin sugar. Let steep closed for about 4 hours.

    Then finely puree the rose-sugar mixture. Squeeze the lemons and mix into the roses with approximately 700 ml. Stir, bring to a boil, and simmer bubbling for about 4 minutes. Perform a gel test, fill clean jars fully, seal them. Turn upside down and let cool for about 10 minutes, then flip over and allow to cool completely.
