Ingredients
- 6 slices of baguette (from yesterday)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- 0.5 tsp anchovy paste
- 30 g parmesan (whole piece)
Instructions

Bake the bread slices in the oven at 180°C for 8 minutes until golden yellow. Peel and halve the garlic, rub it onto the bread, then cut the bread into quarters.

Finely chop the garlic. Wash the lettuce thoroughly, dry it, and tear it into bite‑sized pieces. For the dressing, mix yogurt, water, grated Parmesan, olive oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, and anchovy paste well.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss, and garnish with baguette pieces. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top.
