Ingredients

  • 1 pack Gutfried turkey breast fillet
  • 500 g white asparagus
  • 50 g wheat flour
  • 20 g toasted almond kernels
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • some margarine
  • several herbs
  • Salt

Instructions

    Peel the asparagus from top to bottom, ensuring the skins are fully removed while keeping the tips intact. Trim the ends and wash the asparagus. For the batter, whisk flour, egg, milk, and salt with a whisk.

    Heat some margarine in a 24 cm skillet. Spread half of the batter, sprinkle half of the toasted almonds, and cook until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with the remaining batter to make another crêpe.

    Cook the asparagus for about 15 minutes in salted water, then drain in a colander. Layer the turkey breast on the crêpes, spread the asparagus over them, roll up the crêpes, arrange on a plate, and garnish with herbs before serving.
