Ingredients
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 1 small honeydew melon
- 250 g raspberries
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 bunch mixed herbs
- Salt
- Pepper

Clean the salad leaves and tear into bite‑size pieces. Halve the melon, remove seeds with a spoon, and scoop out flesh with a spoon. Arrange lettuce on plates, top with melon slices and cleaned raspberries. Whisk sour cream with crème fraîche, salt, and pepper. Wash herbs, shake dry, finely chop, and fold in. Drizzle herb sauce over salad and garnish with borage flowers.
