Ingredients

  • 300 g rocket
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 8 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 bunch sorrel
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • a pinch of sugar (small)
  • 6 thinly sliced white bread slices

Instructions

    Wash, rinse, and shake dry the rocket. Whisk together vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and a small pinch of sugar.

    Fold finely chopped sorrel into the rocket and toss with the dressing.

    Arrange on top of toasted bread chips and serve immediately. Garnish with rocket flowers if desired.
