Ingredients
- 150 g raspberries
- 250 g yogurt
- 100 g lavender honey
- Zitronenmelisse (for garnish)

Wash, dry, and rinse the raspberries.

Set aside some raspberries for garnish. Puree the remaining berries and mix with yogurt and honey. Transfer the mixture to a shallow metal bowl and freeze in the freezer.

Stir frequently during freezing to achieve a fine texture.

When firm, scoop into balls using an ice cream scoop or spoon. Serve the ice cream topped with fresh raspberries and lemon balm leaves.
