Ingredients

  • 4 blue onions
  • 2 bunches cocktail tomatoes
  • 4 medium potatoes (firm boiling, parboiled 15-20 minutes)
  • 4 small apples
  • 3 EL oil
  • thyme
  • 0.5 TL sea salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 EL balsamic vinegar

Instructions

    Peel the onions. Cut the potatoes in half or quarters. Prick the apples several times with a fork.

    Oil a baking sheet and arrange thyme, apples, onions, tomatoes and potatoes on it; grate the sea salt over them and sprinkle pepper. Bake at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes.
