  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. 1.

Wash the potatoes and cook them in boiling salted water for 20-25 minutes. Meanwhile, drain the tuna well. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls. Wash the cucumber, pat dry and dice very finely. Mix yogurt with mayonnaise and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2.

Combine the tuna, cucumber cubes and chives with the yogurt mixture and taste again. Drain the cooked potatoes, let them cool briefly, cut them crosswise in half and hollow out the center leaving a 0.5 cm rim.
