Ingredients

  • 200 g green olives (pitted)
  • 100 g whole almond kernels
  • 1 red pepper
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 pack Grissini

Instructions

    Halve the almonds and fill the olives with them. Wash and roughly chop the parsley. Peel the garlic and press it into the olive oil. Mix in the parsley, salt, and pepper, then drizzle over the olives. Cut the pepper in half, remove seeds, slice into thin strips, and mix in. Cover and marinate for 2 hours.
