- 1 kg hard‑boiling potatoes
- Salt
- white pepper
- olive oil
- 1 untreated lemon
- 5 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 sprigs Rosemary

Peel the potatoes, cut them lengthwise in half and season with salt and pepper. Lightly coat a baking sheet with olive oil. Halve the lemon, squeeze one half for juice, slice the other into thin wedges for garnish. Preheat the oven to 220 °C (convection).

Sprinkle half of the sesame seeds over the potatoes, place them cut side down on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Wash and dry the rosemary sprigs, pluck the needles from the stems and scatter them over the potatoes. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
