Ingredients
- 700 g Brussels sprouts
- 700 g grapes
- 100 g walnuts
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 sprig thyme
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
Instructions

Wash the Brussels sprouts and pat dry with paper towels. Trim the outer leaves with a knife and quarter the florets.

Spread the Brussels sprouts on a prepared baking sheet. Wash, dry, and toss the grapes with the walnuts over the sprouts.

Drizzle everything with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and mix carefully. Shake off excess moisture from the herbs and scatter their leaves over the sprout mixture.

Roast the Brussels sprouts with grapes and walnuts in a preheated oven at 225 °C (convection 200 °C; gas: level 3–4) for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
