Roasted Broccoli

The roasted broccoli is a true vitamin‑C shot and fits perfectly into a healthy slimming program with its nutrient profile.

Ingredients

  • 150 g broccoli
  • 2 tsp capers (jar)
  • 10 g parmesan (1 piece)
  • 3 stems flat parsley
  • 0.5 tsp olive oil
  • 0.5 lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Cut the broccoli into florets. Wash in a sieve, drain and quarter the florets.

    Place capers in a tea strainer, rinse and drain them.

  3. 3.

    Grate parmesan finely. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves and roughly chop.

  4. 4.

    Heat olive oil lightly in a non‑stick pan. Sauté the broccoli, turning occasionally, for about 5 minutes.

    Meanwhile squeeze half a lemon. Depending on taste drizzle ½–1 tsp of juice over the broccoli, season with salt and pepper. Plate the broccoli with capers, parmesan and parsley.
