Ingredients

  • 400 g beef steak (fillet)
  • 2 tsp coarse mustard
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 handful watercress
  • 1 large blue onion
  • 1 bundle radishes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 50 ml whipping cream
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (to taste)

Instructions

    Wash the meat, pat dry and coat with mustard. Heat oil in a pan and sear the meat 1 min per side. Wrap in foil and bake at 80°C for about 20 minutes. Wash and shake off watercress. Peel the onion and slice into thin strips. Wash radishes, trim, and cut into thin slices or wedges; lightly salt.

    Mix cream with sour cream, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Toss salad, plate it, remove meat from oven, slice into very thin strips. Add meat to salad, drizzle sauce over, and serve immediately.
