Ingredients
- 300 g basmati rice
- Salt
- 200 g peas
- 2 bell peppers (red and yellow)
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 500 g chicken breast fillet
- 1 tbsp plant oil
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder
- 150 ml poultry broth
- Cayenne pepper

Rinse the rice in a sieve and cook it with double the amount of salted water for about 20 minutes. Add the peas during the last 5 minutes.

Wash, halve, clean, and slice the bell peppers into strips. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Rinse the chicken, pat dry, and cut into strips. Sauté the onion and garlic in hot oil until translucent. Add the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the pepper strips with tomato paste and paprika powder, then deglaze with broth. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and cayenne pepper and serve over rice.
