- 300 g large carrots
- 2 bunches basil
- 200 g cooked plain rice
- 80 g grated parmesan
- 250 g natural yogurt
- 1 bunch dill
- Salt
- Pepper

Clean, peel, wash carrots and finely chop two of them. Cut the rest lengthwise into thin slices. Mix carrot cubes with cooked rice, cheese, salt, and pepper.

Place two carrot slices overlapping on the work surface and cover tightly with basil leaves.

Spread the rice mixture on top and roll up. For the sauce finely chop dill and mix with yogurt, salt, and pepper. Place three rolls on a plate and serve with sauce.
