Ingredients
- 0.5 ripe Avocado
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp wasabi paste
- 125 g fresh salmon fillet (skinless)
- 2 roasted nori sheets
- 400 g ready sushi rice
Instructions

Peel half an avocado and cut lengthwise into 8 strips, immediately drizzle with lemon juice. Cut the fish lengthwise into 0.5 cm thick sticks.

Cut the nori sheets in half crosswise. Place one half of a nori sheet on the rolling mat, spread 1/4 of the rice over it (leaving a 2 cm free space at the bottom edge), add a little wasabi, lay a strip of salmon and avocado in the upper third, and roll into a sushi roll using the mat. Repeat with the remaining sheets. Slice each roll into 6 equal pieces.
