- 4 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 slices baguette
- aluminum foil

Trim the root end and tips of each garlic clove, wrap individually in aluminum foil, and cook on a hot grill for about 45 minutes until tender.

Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and toast them on the grill.
