Rice Pudding with Fruit and Honey

Ingredients

  • 800 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 200 g short-grain rice
  • 2 Nectarines
  • 150 g raspberries
  • 8 g vanilla sugar (1 packet)
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey

Instructions

    Heat the milk in a pot. Add the rice and stir until it boils once. Cook over low heat for 20–25 minutes, stirring frequently.

    Meanwhile wash the nectarines, pat dry, halve them, remove pits, and cut into thin slices. Rinse and wash the raspberries.

    Just before the end of cooking, mix the vanilla sugar into the rice pudding. Divide into four bowls and drizzle honey over the fruit.
