Ingredients

  • 200 g basmati rice
  • 250 g frozen peas
  • 250 g shrimp (frozen)
  • juice of one lemon
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Wash the rice and bring to a boil with 1.5 times its volume in water plus a pinch of salt, then simmer covered for about 15 minutes.

    Add peas to boiling salted water and cook for 3-4 minutes; cool quickly in ice water and drain.

    Prepare shrimp according to package instructions.

    Wash parsley and finely chop it.
