Ingredients

  • 250 g radishes (with leaves)
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 400 g very fresh fish fillet (e.g., butterfish)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili oil

Instructions

    For the sauce whisk lime juice with vinegar, mirin, soy sauce and chili oil.

    Wash, clean and halve or thinly slice the radishes. Rinse, clean and tear the radish leaves into small pieces. Wash, clean and cut the spring onions into 4–5 cm long thin strips.

    Rinse the fish, pat dry and cut into bite‑sized, thin slices.

    Arrange the fish with the prepared salad ingredients on plates, drizzle with sauce and serve.
