Rib Steak with Beans, Foil Potatoes and Dill Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 starchy potatoes
- 30 g liquid butter
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 600 g beans
- 300 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 4 rib steaks (about 200 g each)
- vegetable oil (for the pan)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan. Cut four sheets of foil for the potatoes, brush with liquid butter, season with salt, pepper and sprinkle cumin. Wrap the potatoes in foil and bake for about 50 minutes until easily pierced.

Meanwhile wash and trim the beans. Cook them in salted water for about 8 minutes.

Whisk the yogurt with dill and season with salt and pepper.

Season the steaks with salt and pepper. In a hot grill pan brushed with oil, sear each side for 2-4 minutes.

Plate the steaks and drained beans on plates. Unwrap the foil potatoes, slice crosswise, gently press apart and drizzle dill sauce over the potatoes and meat.
