- 1.2 kg Renekloden
- 1 kg Gelierzucker
- 2 Zitronen (Saft)

Wash fruits, halve them, pit them, mix with gelierzucker and let sit covered overnight.

Stir in lemon juice, pour into a pot, bring to a boil and simmer for about 4 minutes until sparkling, then fill jars, seal tightly and allow to cool.
