Ingredients

  • 1 kg raspberries
  • 1 untreated lemon (juice and zest)
  • 1 kg pectin sugar (or 500 g 2:1)
  • 1 tbsp raspberry brandy

Instructions

    Clean the raspberries and mix with lemon juice and zest, transfer to a pot and bring to a boil. Add the pectin sugar while stirring and simmer for 3-4 minutes until bubbling; test for setting. Stir in the raspberry brandy and carefully pour into prepared jars.

    Seal the jars tightly, place them on the lids for 10 minutes, flip over and let cool.
