Ingredients

  • 500 g salmon fillet
  • 2 onions
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 3-4 cloves of nutmeg
  • black peppercorns
  • 4 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

    Rinse the salmon fillet and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel, halve, and finely chop the onions.

    Place the salmon with the onions and spices (except salt) in a bowl. Pour the vinegar and olive oil over them. Cover and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

    Sprinkle the salmon with salt and either eat it raw or, if you prefer not to, pat it dry and quickly fry it in a pan over high heat. Serve with leafy salad and white bread.
